Steps to Search on ProQuest Central
1.Search by Artist Name:
Enter the artist’s name in the first search field. Add a second keyword (e.g., "exhibition reviews," "writings," or "critique") to refine your search.
2.Filter and Refine Results:
1.Use the options on the right to limit your search by full text, type, subject, and more.
3.Browse and Access Articles:
1.Articles are displayed in relevance order.
2.Click on the title of an article to open it.
3.Only when the article is open will you see options to download it and cite it.
4.Access related references on the right.
5.On the left, find an AI-created summary of the article and other AI tools
Citation Help:

Use ProQuest's citation tool to cite in APA 7th edition.
- Open the article.
- Click the quotation mark icon to generate the citation (on the top right).
- Double-check the reference:
- Ensure the title is in sentence case (only the first word and proper nouns capitalized).
- Do NOT include the URL in the electronic citation at the end.
